Job DescriptionJob DescriptionService Technician & Mechanic – Aerial LiftsALL Crane Service, LLCColumbus, OH (43224)Position SummaryALL Crane Service, LLC is seeking an Aerial Lift Service Technician & Mechanic. Hands-on experience with aerial boom and scissor lifts is a big plus. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits. This position is eligible for a candidate sign-on bon us of $300 after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.Essential FunctionsResponsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of aerial boom and scissor liftsDiagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as neededReads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawingsPositive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customersPrepare proper documentation of actions takenAble to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairsMaintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations Skills and Experience RequirementsMust have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical backgroundMust have basic set of mechanic’s hand toolsStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervisionAbility to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidityAbility to safely operate complex construction equipmentAble to lift 50 lbs Manufacturer’s training will be an integral part of this position.
