Prior Motorcycle Mechanic/ Technician experience as well as a Motorcycle License are required for this position.

Requirements:

MMI Graduate Preferred and Manufacturer Certifications Preferred

3+ years of verifiable motorcycle technician experience preferred

Master Certs or A/B level certifications preferred

Own a set of comprehensive tools

Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, organized and punctual

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers

Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period

Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible

Request parts for the job

Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.

Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, etc

Notify Service Writer / Manager of additional work needed

Ensure proper completion and filing of paperwork

Maintain shop cleanliness

Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualification by completing any necessary training programs

Keep customers' vehicles cleaner than when it was dropped off
