- Conduct bi-annual maintenance on aerobic systems, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and fix aerobic and conventional septic systems, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues and replacing parts as needed.
- Keep company vehicle tools and supplies in top condition, ensuring readiness for all jobs.
- Drive to residential and commercial sites using the provided company vehicle.
- Access wastewater tanks, which may involve hand digging or operating specialized equipment.
- Log detailed, accurate notes on work orders to document services and issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or septic system certification is a bonus.
- Physically capable of demanding tasks like lifting heavy equipment, digging, and working outdoors.
- Able to use and read a voltmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Confident communicator, able to explain technical details to homeowners clearly.
- Available for occasional evening/weekend work and on-call shifts.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and provide a current driving record (MVR).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime (nights/weekends) and on-call shifts as needed.
- Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather (rain, heat, humidity), and loud noise levels.
- Punctuality and regular attendance are critical for customer satisfaction.
- Based in Tuttle, OK with no overnight travel required-stay local!
