Job Title: Service Technician Job Location: Waterloo IA Job Type: Full Time Job Description: Perform assigned maintenance and repair tasks with minimal supervision and within established timeframes. Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment for fellow employees. Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools test equipment service manuals and bulletins. Reference service manuals parts catalogs and technical resources to complete repairs accurately. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills related to construction equipment maintenance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal and company documentation (e.g. CDL physical card logs timesheets). Plan and execute work efficiently and with attention to detail. Assist in checking or reviewing the work of junior or lower-level mechanics when needed. Supply and maintain the personal hand tools necessary to perform job duties.
