Role Description We are seeking a full-time Service Technician for an on-site role located in Lima OH. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs conducting troubleshooting providing on-site field service support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service excellence. This position involves hands-on work to maintain the functionality and efficiency of mechanical systems while adhering to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair practices with hands-on experience maintaining and repairing mechanical systems. Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively and efficiently. Ability to handle Field Service responsibilities including working on-site with minimal supervision and adapting to various situations. Excellent Customer Service skills to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and address their concerns effectively. Good communication skills problem-solving aptitude and a commitment to safety standards. Relevant technical training or certification; HVAC and mechanical trade certifications are a plus. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
