Job Description

Position OverviewThe Experienced Service-to-Sales BDC Representative at Advantage Dealer Group is responsible for converting Service customers into qualified Sales opportunities by proactively engaging customers before and after their Service visits. This role requires prior automotive experience and a strong understanding of Service and Sales workflows.This is not a traditional Sales role and does not involve closing deals. The focus is on outbound communication appointment setting customer coordination and clean handoffs between Service and Sales while protecting the Service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively call Service customers prior to scheduled appointments to introduce appraisal and upgrade opportunitiesPosition Sales conversations only after the Service check-in process is completeCoordinate directly with Sales management when a Service customer expresses interestSet appraisal upgrade and Sales appointments tied to Service visitsAccurately document all customer interactions in the CRM under the Centralized BDCTag all activity as Service to Sales for tracking and reportingFollow structured call windows and Centralized BDC processesSupport follow-up on declined Service maintenance history and post-visit opportunitiesRequired QualificationsPrevious automotive BDC Sales or Service experience requiredStrong phone presence with a consultative customer-first approachAbility to handle objection-based conversations professionallyExperience working in a structured process-driven environmentComfortable using CRM systems with accurate documentation standardsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred ExperienceService-to-Sales or Service retention experienceFamiliarity with VinSolutions Xtime or similar platformsExperience working within a centralized BDC modelSchedule and ExpectationsFull-time on-site positionMust adhere to established call windows and BDC SOPsWorks closely with Service Advisors Sales Managers and BDC leadershipPerformance MetricsService-to-Sales calls completedAppointments set and shownSales opportunities generated from Service trafficCRM accuracy and complianceWhy Work at Advantage Dealer GroupAdvantage Dealer Group offers a collaborative process-driven environment with opportunities for growth across multiple rooftops.
