Service Valet Position

Bowen Scarff Ford is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Valet to join our team in Kent, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle care and customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our service customers.

Responsibilities

1. Safely move customer vehicles between service bays, parking lots, and designated areas.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and customer parking areas.
3. Assist customers by escorting them to and from their vehicles as needed.
4. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or concerns to the service team.
5. Support service advisors and technicians with various tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
6. Adhere to all safety and dealership policies while driving and handling vehicles.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely in all weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior experience in a valet or automotive service role is a plus but not required.
