Role; ServiceNow Admin Location: Burbank CA / Orlando FL (Onsite/Hybrid as required) Duration: Contract Required Skills & Experience 3 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience. Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer Service Catalog and CMDB. Knowledge of JavaScript for client and server-side scripting. Experience with Discovery Service Mapping or IntegrationHub is a plus. Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Additional certifications: ITSM Discovery Service Mapping HRSD or ITOM is a plus. Experience working in a large enterprise environment. Experience in media entertainment theme parks or highly regulated industries (preferred for Burbank/Orlando roles).
