ResponsibilitiesSentinel is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to be a part of our growing team! In this role youll be the go-to internal expertdiving deep into business needs gathering and translating requirements into clear actionable development tasks thoroughly testing deliverables and supporting communication across the user community during rollout.This is a full time opportunity reporting onsite at our Downers Grove IL corporate headquarters.Qualifications4 years of Business Analyst experience preferredExperience with ITSM and ITBM/SPMServiceNow ITOM CMDB SecOps nice to haveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesSuperior presentation and negotiation skillsProven management and organizational skillsStrong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environmentsIn-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-makingA strong knowledge of Agile development processThe candidate must have a car as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a can-do attitudeWe focus on candidates that display our ACE factor Attitude Compassion and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
