Job Title: ServiceNow Developer*No C2C/No Sponsorship*Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA (2-3 days/ week onsite)Duration: 6+ month Contract-to-HirePay: $65-85/hr W2About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Shared Services team. Thisrole combines platform development, system administration, and operational support to deliverscalable, secure, and innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate willhave a strong technical background, a passion for process automation, and the ability tocollaborate across business and technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & CustomizationDesign, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Flow Designer and Automation Engine.Create and maintain UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and custom widgets for Portals.Build and optimize CMDB structures, ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITIL best practices.System AdministrationPerform instance configuration, upgrades, and patching to maintain platform health and compliance.Manage user roles, ACLs, and security policies to ensure proper access control.Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning strategies.Operational SupportProvide tier-3 support for incidents and requests related to ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM, CSM).Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with third-party systems (e.g., Azure AD, inTune, SCCM).Participate in afterhours code and configuration deployments.Required QualificationsCertified System Administrator (CSA) certification.Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience in development and administration.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configuration.Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ITSM frameworks.Preferred QualificationsAny of the following certifications: o Customer Service Management Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM) o IT Service Management Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) o Hardware Asset Management Implementation Specialist (CIS-HAM) o Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist (CIS-SAM)Experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, and AI Search.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.Core CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives impacting thousands of users.Collaborative culture with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
