If youre passionate about technology and thrive in a collaborative environment this is your opportunity to make an impact.This position will be onsite to support our Downers Grove IL headquarters.What Youll DoDesign configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM and business automation.Collaborate with a team of administrators developers and analysts on architecture and implementation.Work on core modules including IT Service Management (ITSM) Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Service Catalog.Develop and manage integrations with ERP and third-party systems.Utilize Flow Designer App Engine Studio Scoped Applications and MID Servers.Qualifications5-7 years Service Now development experienceFull experience with ServiceNow Platform RequiredStrong understanding and core Implementation and architecture experience (IT Service Management IT Business Management - SPM Strategic Portfolio Management)Experience with IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management preferredAssist with Architecture and design implementation hands on developerExperience with Integration with other systems (ServiceNow ERP or other third-party systems)Experience with Flow Designer App Engine Studio Scoped Applications MID servers Instance UpgradesExperience with Service Catalog/Service Portal module/Flow Designer/Business Rules/SLAs/Notifications/ACLsExcellent JavaScript experience support and troubleshooting experienceThe candidate must have a car as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a can-do attitudeWe focus on candidates that display our ACE factor Attitude Compassion and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
