ServiceNow Engineer Design Consultant (SAM & HAM) at DKMRBH Inc

Project Overview The client is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow engineer or design consultant with deep experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). This person will work directly with the client manage project activities guide and challenge the offshore team and support a large-scale ServiceNow deployment. This is an immediate 3 6 month project with potential for conversion to a full-time or long-term role. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement SAM and HAM solutions within the ServiceNow platform Provide documentation training and client-facing guidance Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to support a large-scale rollout Apply any AI development experience within ServiceNow using the Pro Plus framework (if applicable) Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM and HAM implementations Ability to manage project activities and communicate effectively with client stakeholders Comfortable challenging offshore teams and driving project progress Excellent English and business communication skills Proven experience resolving complex SAM/HAM deployment issues Technical & Soft Skills Technical Skills ServiceNow SAM and HAM modules Large-scale SAM/HAM deployment experience Documentation and training Troubleshooting and issue resolution AI development within ServiceNow (Pro Plus framework) - bonus Soft Skills Client-facing communication Project management capability Ability to guide and challenge offshore teams Clear professional written and verbal communication Key Skills Administration And Accounting,Creative Production,Benefits & Compensation,BPO,AC Maintenance,HACCP Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
