Candidates with a high degree of independent thinking skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and team playing abilities are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in orchestration and automation to lead our ServiceNow platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes and workflows to improve service delivery across the enterprise. You will oversee the configuration, integration, and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform while driving automation initiatives that increase operational efficiency. Create rational, competence-based technological designs from functional specificationsOversee development of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance and follow ITIL frameworksManage upgrade, patching, and new release processes to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionalityWork closely with IT teams and business groups to identify automation opportunitiesCreate thorough and organized test plans and suites Determine, record, and track software flawsConduct rigorous regression testingControl update sets for the code base's transfer to test and production environmentsCoordinate with vendors as needed for project implementationsProvide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platformCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configuration, and solutionsProvide training, support, and mentorship as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.5+ years of relevant experience with proven knowledge of ITIL framework and demonstrated application in an enterprise environment3+ years in a management or leadership positionKnowledge of CMDB and CSDM implementationKnowledge of service mapping methodologies and service tagging strategiesProven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script includes, and UI ScriptsExperience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other systemsStrong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and the ability to influence process adoptionStrong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceITIL v4 Foundation Certification.Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologiesExperience with automation tools or orchestration platforms outside of ServiceNowNISA's culture encourages collaboration and innovation.
