The opportunity The ServiceNow Global Alliance Relationship Director (ARD) is responsible for working with EY-ServiceNow alliance and sales to manage the day to day aspects of the ServiceNow alliance relationship including relationship collaboration and governance alliance program oversight contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. This is a great opportunity to work with people across the global as well as across multiple EY service lines and sectors.Your key responsibilitiesYour role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance relationship management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically the Global ServiceNow ARD will work as part of the ServiceNow Global Alliance teams working directly with ServiceNow Global Alliance Leadership counterparts within ServiceNow and EYs ServiceNow alliance practice and account executives to coordinate and deliver upon of the objectives of the alliances.Your primary responsibilities will include:Execute ServiceNow Global alliance strategy and objectivesFacilitate top to top ServiceNow Global relationships and program management to mobilize on big strategic bets accelerate field engagement and drive action including executing Global Governance ActivitiesDrive results through disciplined industrialized Global wide governance with clear accountability across Global level Service Line/practice sectors accounts/regions and ServiceNow counterpartsExecute ServiceNow Global Business Reviews feeding insights into Global ServiceNow Alliance executivesDeploy ServiceNow partner programs into Global driving local activation and complianceGain access to ServiceNow Global level programs coordinating with Global ServiceNow ARD to secure required approvalsDeliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting ServiceNow impact/influenceActivate new countries and regions ensuring proper governance is in place e.g. supporting business plans executive relationships operating cadence and enabling alliance contractsDrive Compliance with internal policies and requirementsCollaborate with Market Enablement team to define Marketing messaging and materials for Global level execution. Collaborate with local Area alliance and Brand Marketing & Communication executives to execute local Alliance marketing activitiesContributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content knowledge sharing and market insightsThis role is based in the US. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across Global and across the Globe. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $228600 to $452600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $274300 to $514300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement project or year.Under our flexible vacation policy youll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
