As the Retail Services Experience Manager youll oversee the day-to-day leadership duties related to Geek Squad services within your micro-market of local Best Buy stores. Youll ensure stores are staffed efficiently so employees can deliver excellent customer experiences. Youll drive customer and employee engagement strategies for computer and cellphone repair as well as car electronics installations.
