Job Description

As the Retail Services Experience Manager youll oversee the day-to-day leadership duties related to Geek Squad services within your micro-market of local Best Buy stores. Youll ensure stores are staffed efficiently so employees can deliver excellent customer experiences. Youll drive customer and employee engagement strategies for computer and cellphone repair as well as car electronics installations. Youll also be responsible for driving employee development and performance management.What youll doManage the stores services business overseeing repairs and car installations to maximize efficiency and provide excellent customer experiencesProvide work direction ongoing training career development and performance management to your Geek Squat Agents and supervisors across the micro-marketAnalyze reporting and performance indicators including customer satisfaction turn time productivity and revenue metrics to identify gaps and lead the team to improve resultsCoach and develop leaders and Geek Squad Agents to meet or exceed their role expectations and support their career goalsDrive revenue and operating income growth by tailoring your leadership to each locations needsBasic qualifications2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business military or related fields2 years of experience in sales customer service or consumer electronics repair1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenuePreferred qualificationsInventory control and/or technology repair experienceMulti-location retail experienceWhats in it for youWere committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
