Services Product Manager Turbine Upgrades at GE Vernova

Job Description SummaryThe Services Product Manager will own and drive key elements in the overall strategy for the upgrade and Repowering of the GE Vernova Onshore Wind FSA fleet. He or she will identify key levers to drive the optimization of these fleet upgrades focused on partial turbine replacement solutions (primarily Drivetrain Retrofit/Replacement kits). This product manager will drive all elements of the strategy for this type of solution.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesDrive innovation related to upgrading the fleet with partial turbine replacement solutions (primarily drivetrain retrofit/replacement kits)Develop business cases to prioritize product process tool and capability developmentsDrive engagement with regional teams to incorporate local requirements for successful product launchesCreate and execute an action plan to achieve product targets; highlight gaps and develop/execute opportunities to closeQualifications/RequirementsBachelors degree in engineering from an accredited college or universityMinimum of 5 years of experience in Wind industryDesired CharacteristicsDeep expertise in wind services and/or designAbility to distill large amounts of information and effectively communicate key messagesSelf - starter highly motivated innovative and creative thinkerDemonstrated ability to align stakeholders around a common goalStrong project management experience leading cross-functional global projectsPay TransparencyThe base pay range for this position is $153800 - $256200 USD Annual.The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
