Job Description SummaryThe Services Transactional and Harvest Project Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the transactional services orders and act as the project manager for all repower harvest opportunities.Includes activities such as wing-to-wing execution tracking for transactional orders by facilitating hand-offs and closing out revenue recognition alignment with finance coordinating with cross-functional partners such as sourcing and regional services leaders to execute contracts pertaining to repower harvest. The role supports both tendering and project execution phases ensuring quality cost-efficiency and timely delivery to meet project objectives specific to repower harvesting. Technical proficiency is desired to support evaluation of future use of components from repower.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesFacilitate transactional sales between the functions within services and provide daily management reportsIn partnership with Sales and Finance track backlog of deals and ensure timely executionProgram manage the repower harvest activities including assessing need of the harvest components projects alignment for execution sourcing for tendering and 3PL for delivery to GE Vernova defined locationLiaison with Engineering and Production Management to create the use case for harvested components and create a remanufacturing plan with the team as needed to facilitate saleSupport SIOP activities and Remanufacturing facility operations with incoming cores to minimize new component purchasingCreate a drive train and parts inventory game board with the reman facilities creating visibility to transactional opportunities through visual managementBroadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.Champion sustainability and colab with Sustainability team to achieve accreditation and policy alignmentQualifications/Requirements Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing sourcing or engineeringBachelors degree from an accredited college or universityDesired CharacteristicsAbility to lead manage and communicate with all levels of the business.Inclusive leadership style with a proven ability to build connections with th team through personExperience with Oracle R12 (RACES module) and ProductLifecycle Management (PLM) systems involvement and trust.Change agent with energy passion and enthusiasm to drive change. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
