Key Responsibilities Perform machine changeovers and set up new production jobs according to specifications. Install adjust and calibrate tooling fixtures and materials for optimal machine performance. Verify machine settings and conduct first-piece inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues and minor equipment malfunctions. Read and interpret blueprints schematics and work orders to guide setup processes.
