Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRole Overview: Shake Bar & Supplement NutritionistThe Shake Bar & Supplement Nutritionist is the go-to expert for preparing delicious shakes, recommending supplements, and guiding clients toward nutrition choices that support their health and fitness goals. This role blends hands-on product preparation with education and customer engagement to drive sales, promote wellness, and enhance client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesShake Bar OperationsPrepare shakes, smoothies, and nutritional drinks following studio recipes.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.Track inventory and place orders before stock runs low.Supplement Sales & EducationEducate clients on supplement benefits, usage, and safety.Match product recommendations to client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, energy, recovery, etc.).Maintain and merchandise supplement displays to maximize visibility.Track supplement inventory, reorder needs, and sales performance.Customer ServiceGreet every client and create a welcoming, positive environment.Answer product questions in clear, easy-to-understand language.Follow up with clients on product satisfaction and reorders.Team CollaborationPartner with trainers to coordinate client supplement plans.Contribute ideas for new shake flavors or supplement promotions.Assist in organizing Shake Bar or Supplement events, workshops, and demos.Skills & QualificationsCertification or coursework in nutrition, dietetics, or health/fitness (preferred).1–2 years of experience in food service, shake bars, or supplement sales.Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.Basic knowledge of nutrition principles and supplement safety.Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage stock and maintain a clean workspace.Performance MetricsMonthly shake and supplement sales vs. targets.Supplement sales growth.Customer satisfaction and reorder rate.Inventory accuracy and shrinkage control.By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
