The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills hands-on experience in the trade and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise crews on commercial sheet metal projectsCoordinate daily tasks schedules and materialsEnsure work is completed safely efficiently and to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints drawings and project plansMaintain quality control and safety compliance at all timesCommunicate effectively with project managers contractors and crew membersTrain and mentor team members as neededQualificationsProven leadership or supervisory experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredStrong understanding of construction safety standards and proceduresAbility to read blueprints and drawingsReliable transportation and valid drivers licenseMust be dependable and team-orientedMust have OSHA 10 certificationMust be able to pass drug screeningIf you are interested and meet the requirements please apply today!
