Shift Leader
As a Shift Leader at Team Lyders, you will support daily restaurant operations, assist in training and developing team members, and ensure exceptional service for our guests. You'll play a key role in maintaining company and brand standards while fostering a positive work environment. This role provides a pathway for leadership growth within the company. The Day-to-Day
Build People Capability
- Supervise and support team members during shifts.
- Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders' core values.
- Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience
- Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure operational efficiency.
- Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.
- Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.
- Assess and coach team members for service excellence.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
Maintain Restaurant Operations
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
- Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
- Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
Is This You?
- 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
- Valid driver's license required for banking duties.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

- Stand for long periods without a break.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Lift and push/pull up to 50 pounds over a distance of 15 feet.
Work Environment
The employee is regularly exposed to both indoor and outdoor conditions with a moderate noise level. Indoor conditions may also include exposure to heat, cold, water, cleaning chemicals, grease, and oil.
