The secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on the frozen granite stone. Cold Stone Core ValuesDuties:Prepare customer orders quickly and provide guests with great customer service.Make ice cream, and other novelties daily; ensure that adequate inventory levels are met and that the store is fully prepared for the rest of the day.Ensure that the company's inventory and assets are kept protected, and that shift leaders and crew members are working in the best interests of the company.Clean the front of house, back line and kitchen alongside crew members at the end of the shift.Hold crew members accountable in following company policies and procedures; provide training and coaching to crew members that may need assistance.Effectively manage inventory, products, and services.Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary and pertinent to the position and business operations.
