Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're looking for someone who has outstanding communication and customer service skills to work alongside our staff as the restaurant shift manager. You'll be in charge of overseeing restaurant operations during your shifts, which includes scheduling staff and distributing assignments to restaurant employees. As a shift manager, you'll also be responsible for greeting and serving customers, dealing with client complaints, and assuring compliance with all food and beverage safety rules. The original location was in a 700-square-foot gas station. Hayes was inspired to bring his West Philly roots to Atlanta after moving there and not being able to find a traditional cheesesteak. He named the restaurant after his late father, who inspired his passion for entrepreneurship. The restaurant grew out of the gas station location and into its own store after lines for cheesesteaks reached up to 200 people.
