The Shipping and Picking Associate is expected to:Physically pick/pack/ship for all customer orders in a fast-paced environment meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Process shipments via UPS Worldship FedEx Ship Manager DHL and USPS systems we are a systems driven businessPrepare import/export documentation in accordance with custom rules/regulations over 50% of our shipments are internationalMove materials using pallet jacks and by hand up to 50 lbsPerform Random Quality Control checks in all areas.Maintain a safe and clean work environment exhibiting 5s practiced daily.Report Inventory Location discrepancies to Materials & Inventory Manager.Bring all issues (resolved or non-resolved) to Manager at time of incident.Exhibit a strong attention to detail communication skills and accountability.Be adaptable to new workflows and change.
