We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shipping/Assembly Associate to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare products for shipment according to order specifications

• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit

• Ensure that all shipping labels, tracking numbers, and documentation are accurate and complete

• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment

• Operate assembly tools and equipment to assemble products as needed

• Perform quality control checks to ensure that products meet company standards before shipment

• Manage inventory and track product levels to ensure timely restocking

• Collaborate with other team members to meet production and shipping deadlines

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Previous experience in shipping, assembly, or warehouse roles (preferred)

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 60lbs)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
