Staffmark is hiring a Shipping Associate for a leading technology distribution company in Chanhassen, MN. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment-this is your chance to grow your skills in logistics and distribution!Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hr (based on experience)Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMWhat You'll Be Doing:Review and print daily shipping listsUse pick lists to gather, pack, and label items securely and accuratelyVerify shipment accuracy using checklists and prep items for safe transportCoordinate outbound shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriersEnter shipping data, tracking info, and costs into internal systemsMaintain spreadsheets and proprietary softwarePrepare materials for shipment including kitting and labelingPerform documentation, data entry, scanning, and filingAssist with pallet staging and truck loading as neededCollaborate with sales, deployment, and accounting teamsMaintain a clean and organized work areaProvide backup support in receiving, inventory, and general warehouse dutiesWhat You'll Need to Succeed:1-2 years of experience in shipping or warehouse operationsFamiliarity with FedEx and/or UPS shipping systems preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksForklift experience preferred; certification a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer useExperience with MS Dynamics - Solomon is a plusEffective communication skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsWhy You'll Love This Job:We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
