The Warehouse Shipping Clerk plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating shipping activities within the warehouse. This position ensures that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the overall logistics and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping schedules and activities.
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
• Verify shipment contents against orders and packing slips.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to stage and load shipments.
• Communicate with carriers and logistics providers regarding shipment status.
• Manage order processing and shipment tracking.
• Support loading operations to ensure timely dispatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
