Shift / Hours 1st/ 7am-3:30pm Schedule will change to 8:30am - 5pm in the near future

Pay Rate $21 - $24 p/hr

Specific Duties:

• Performs necessary labor requirements to maintain the warehouse in a safe, organized, and clean condition.
• Pick and transfer raw materials required in manufacturing as directed.
• Assist in the receiving of raw materials and plant supplies.
• Assist in the staging and shipment of finished goods.
• Assist in performing cycle counts of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies kept in the warehouse.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of the warehouse record keeping process.
• Follow all directions from the Lead Warehouse Person.
• Load and unload shipments from both trailers and overseas containers.
• Assist in transferring finished goods from plant to warehouse

Requirements of the position:

• Must maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Must support and adhere to Petron's ISO-9001 Quality program.
• Must follow all safety rules.
• Must be willing to work overtime as directed.
• Must follow the established work rules.
• Must comply with the assigned work schedule.
• Must have a strong attendance record
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have the ability to perform minimum math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing).
• Must have a minimum of a high school degree or GED.
• Must have the ability to work at a fast pace.
• Must have the physical stamina to work standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must have the ability to climb ladders.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must have previous forklift experience.
• Must have a strong attention to detail. Accuracy is essential.
• Must have computer skills
• Participate in daily plant clean up
• Must have good communication/math skills, team player, (it's a small crew)
