Warehouse Shipper – Day Shift
📍 Tualatin, OR
🕓 Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM Start
💰 $22/hour

What You’ll Do
🛒 Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes
📦 Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and in the correct sequence
🛡️ Secure products for transport to prevent damage
🤝 Work as part of a coordinated, high-energy team to keep operations moving
🗂️ Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading
🔍 Track down missing items and resolve discrepancies
⚠️ Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program
🌟 Model Milgard’s values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environments
Familiarity with glass handling or window/door products is a plus
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success
Someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things right
