What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support both shipping and receiving functions while maintaining accurate inventory records. Your day will include:

• Monitoring and maintaining the user interface to correct receiving, picking, and shipping errors
• Documenting discrepancies and updating reports
• Communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve inbound issues
• Using various websites and systems to complete transactions
• Generating cycle count lists and supporting inventory accuracy
• Documenting outbound shipments and tracking shipment-related errors
• Coordinating truck arrivals for pick-ups and drop-offs
• Working closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to support production flow

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of computer work, communication, and hands-on coordination.

What You Bring

• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Analytical ability to review data and make accurate inventory adjustments
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Experience

• 6 months1 year of inventory or warehouse experience, or a solid work history
• Familiarity with RF scanners, shipping, receiving, kitting, repack, and auditing
• Experience with FedEx systems and SAP
• Steel-toed shoes/boots required

Work Environment

You'll work in a large, clean, well-lit, and highly organized warehouse that operates on:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities available during the week and on Saturdays

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Otsego, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.35 - $21.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
