About the roleThe shipping processor will process all incoming electronic customer orders assign pickers to each order and verify order completion before customer shipment.What youll do Accurately review process print and verify order completion Process orders from our online store into our WMS system. Review each order ensuring customer demographic payments and inventory accuracy Answer customer service-related phone calls and email requests Communicate discrepancies Follow SOPs and safety guidelines Support documentation as needed Keep work areas clean and organizedQualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills fluent in English Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
