Shipping Supervisor (Day Shift High Volume)Location:Newark NJ-On-siteSalary: $80000$100000English & Spanish RequiredSchedule: MondayThursday 11:00 AM8:00 PM or 1:00 PM-10:00PMAbout the RoleWere looking for a true high-volume Shipping Supervisor someone who owns the floor leads with confidence and keeps the operation running on time every day. This is not a clerical oversight role. We need a supervisor who understands hour-by-hour volume tracking quota management staffing planning and real-time problem solving.Youll make sure every order moves every truck leaves on schedule and the team performs at the level needed to hit targets without overtime and without excuses.
