Hours & PayPay Range: $64,000 - $68,000 annuallySchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Direct Hire What You'll DoSupervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and returnsHire, train, develop, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff within your area of responsibilityEnforce and follow up on safety, security, and sanitation programsPlan and schedule distribution services, material flow, and administrative activitiesEnsure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on timeMonitor transportation providers for pickup schedules and service issuesMaintain and improve space layout plans to support productivity and workflowReview operational procedures and recommend process improvementsCoordinate with internal departments to support company goals and customer satisfactionAdminister discipline when necessary and uphold company policiesOpen or close the facility as required and perform other related duties as assigned What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environmentStrong leadership and team-development skillsHands-on experience with forklifts, order pulling, and RF scanning systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to lift up to 60-70 lbs and perform physical warehouse work regularlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment BenefitsThis direct-hire role offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support long-term career success.
