Shipside Operations SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring Shipside Operations Specialists (Level 3) to support the Line Side Control Centers (LSCC) in Auburn WA. This position is for 1st and 2nd shift and will be determined at the time of offer.As a Shipside Operations Specialist you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify investigate and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production. As a member of this team you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.Position Responsibilities:Uses technical knowledge understanding of process flow and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organizationConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets dataProvides feedback on assessment resultsAssists organizations in identifying recurring and high impact issuesSupports root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address recurring and high impact issuesFacilitates ongoing coordination and tracking of open itemsProvides guidance and coaching to less experienced teammatesWorks under general directionSupports teammates and managers in implementation of strategies and plansSupports and facilitates complex and high visibility process improvement effortsWorks with organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansDevelops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefingsMaintains and tracks training requirementsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
