This position will be responsible for overseeing shop personnel to ensure efficient operations on shop floor.This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.Pay; 75000-$85000/Yr.5 years of experience working in a structural steel or miscellaneous metals fabrication environmentExperience managing a teamResponsible for hiring training preparing work schedules etc.Monitor labor hours to ensure projects are completed in the hours estimatedCoordinate shop schedule with Operations ManagerExperience with AISC standards#VIS Key Skills Construction Experience,Heavy Equipment Operation,Rigging,Commercial Driving,Paving,OSHA,Roofing,Irrigation,Telecommunication,Horizontal Drilling,Excavator,Leadership Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
