Shop Frac Technician at Holt Cat

Responsibilities:This position is responsible for refurbishing frac trailers and related components (including engines pumps transmissions etc.) in a shop environment to respond to customer needs in a positive caring and timely manner and to ensure maximum value for work hours for this position are from Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm. Essential Functions:Performs basic to moderate troubleshooting and diagnosing of equipment malfunctions and failuresAssists in the rebuilding repairing and maintaining of equipment and componentsMust be able to plan equipment and component repairsMust be able to complete parts orders and identify parts for returnMaintains all equipment and work areas keeps in good clean and orderly conditionCompletes all documents associated with repairs promptlyWorks safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies procedures and standardsWorks overtime as required by workload and customers needsUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; e.g. ProTech Technician Training PathsPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferredDiesel Technology schooling preferredMust have a valid drivers licenseMust have own tools.Perform complex equipment assembly/disassembly correctlyRead and work from blueprintsWork alone with a limited amount of supervisionExcellent attention to detail and accuracy is required.Must be a well-organized thoughtful and self-motivated person.Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail.Must have excellent attendance and work performance.Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks promptly.How to Apply:You must apply to our website to be considered for employment.
