Through hands-on training mentorship and a culture of internal promotion we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Shop Helper located in Dallas Texas.Reporting to the Production Manager the Shop Helper will be responsible for assisting with prepping grinding sanding and cleaning of sheet metal and steel material. This individual will also assist machine operators and welders with assigned tasks to complete the fabrication of materials.2 shifts available (Monday - Thursday)1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AMWhat a typical day looks like:Cut material in preparation for processingChip or grind off excess weld slag or spatter using hand scrapers or power chippers portable grinders or arc-cutting equipmentAssist welders with structural welds by holding materials in placeTransfer raw materials finished products tools or equipment between work areas on the production floor using powered equipment (ex.
