The Showmanship Manager is a critical member of the Casino Host Teamproviding high-level administrative support and bespoke experience coordination for our high-end casino clientele. This role ensures that every detailfrom personalized amenities to exclusive activations is executed with precision elegance and discretion.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Casino Host Teams including calendarcoordination guest itinerary curation and internal communications with a highlevel of confidentiality and strong sense of urgency.Assist Casino Hosts with all pre-arrival and arrival preparation to ensure a seamlesscheck-in experience for high-valued casino guests.Maintain and update confidential guest profiles preferences and engagementhistory to support personalized service delivery.Assist in the strategic planning and execution of bespoke experiences luxuryamenities and exclusive events tailored to VIP guests.Liaise with internal departments to fulfill custom guest requests and ensure seamless execution.Track and manage high-touch data inputs across CRM and guest managementplatforms.Catalog special moments for historical storytelling.Prepare polished correspondence presentations reports and guest-facingmaterials.Stay informed on luxury hospitality trends gaming activations and experientialdesign to inform guest offerings.Take initiative to streamline workflows elevate service standards and support hostteam performance.Use sound judgement and make decisions in accordance with established compand expense guidelines.Performs various projects ensures timely follow-up anticipates administrativeneeds and handles other duties as assigned by Casino Marketing DepartmentLeaders.Review and process CRM reportsUphold Wynns brand standards of discretion sophistication and excellence inevery interaction.Perform all other job-related duties as requestedQualifications : High School Diploma GED or equivalentMust be 21 years of age or older2 years of experience in casino resorts hospitality guest services or as a PersonalAssistant or Executive Assistant in a luxury progressive high-touch industrypreferredDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with high energy and a positive professional demeanorCreative problem-solver who brings innovative ideas while maintaining high attention to detailCollaborative and upbeat team player able to contribute positively to a culture of excellence and guest interactions.Energetic and creative with a passion for luxury hospitality and entertainmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-driven mindsetStrong background in event planning guest services or luxury brand activationsKnowledge of current trends in luxury amenities experiential design and high-endservice deliveryFamiliarity with VIP guest/customer management systems and loyalty platformsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating CRM and dataplatformsMust be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required at present or in the future for this position at all timesAdditional Information : Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
