Oversees the performance of the department while focusing on Cost Quality Safety and Employee Environment.Communicate and interact effectively with the department personnel Plant Manager all departments other plants support services and all levels of management to ensure the smooth operation of the process.Supervise employees to meet performance expectations by providing strong leadership decision-making capability and performance coaching.Complete all assigned paperwork including but not limited to production records schedules safety and other incident reports and investigations performance reviews and any other paperwork deemed necessary in a timely manner.Promote the plants safety programs and policies in order to reduce employee accidents and injuries by providing safety training and enforcing safety practices at all times.You Are Best Suited For The Role If You.
