This role will be full-time shift days and times may varyFeatured Benefits:Committed to Team Member Health:offering medical dental and vision coverage and a robust team member wellness program.Retirement:Inova matches the first 5% of eligible contributions starting on your first day.Tuition and Student Loan Assistance:offeringup to $5250 per year in education assistance and up to $10000 for student loans.Mental Health Support:offering all Inova team members their spouses/partners and their children 25 mental health coaching or therapy sessions per person per year at no cost.Work/Life Balance:offeringpaid time off paid parental leave flexible work schedules and remote and hybrid career opportunities.Simulation Technician Job Responsibilities:Ensure that simulation equipment is in working order and that routine maintenance is performed according to recommended schedules.Orders stocks and organize laboratory supplies.Ensures that appropriate vendor relationships are maintained in accordance with Inova Health System policies.Acts as the primary point of contact to faculty during simulation sessions.Serves as a simulation operator by programming testing and running scenarios with faculty.Obtains prepares cleans and replaces all equipment and supplies necessary for each simulation event.Operates basic and networked audio/visual equipment to record and playback scenarios for debriefing documentation and research purposes.May perform other duties as assigned.Additional Requirements:Education - High School diploma or equivalentExperience - At least two years of experience in a relevant clinical environment.Preferred Requirements:Perioperative or surgical experience preferRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Aeronautical,Healthcare Attorney,Fitness,General Services,Account Management,Export Documentation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
