SIT Test Manager at Lighthouse Technology Services

*Remote Contract Opportunity*Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Quality Assurance Test Manager position! This is a 12 month contract opportunity based in Buffalo NY and is open to local and remote US-based candidates. What Youll Be Doing:Collaborate with US regional and global teams to create overall US project test strategy/test plans.Schedule SIT planning meetings and coordinate inputs from business and technology partners.Conduct test strategy/test plan reviews and walkthroughs to secure signoffs.Review and maintain Traceability Matrix Test Data and Batch Calendar.Perform testing risk assessments at the functional design level for system test.Participate in test environment planning discussions.Review SIT system test scenarios and test cases.Manage execution scheduling tracking and defect management.Partner with Scrum teams to resolve issues arising from the testing process.Participate in release control processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Provide daily reporting and status updates to senior management.Document test phase completion certificates and secure approvals.Ensure compliance with all relevant controls and standards.Champion Agile testing principles and practices throughout the team.Maintain focus on building quality into the product throughout the test lifecycle.Prioritize test efforts considering operational and technical risks.Facilitate defect triage processes at appropriate intervals.Collaborate with developers and business analysts to sign off on user stories.What Youll Need to Have:6-10 years of experience in test management with a financial technology background.Experience in Wealth Management Investments Trading and Global Banking.3 years of experience working in an Agile environment.Hands-on experience with test management and automation tools such (JIRA Confluence) and API testing within an Agile framework.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to guide influence and lead both onshore and offshore teams.Knowledge of current tools technologies and regulations related to cybersecurity data privacy consent and data residency.Mobile Applications experience preferred.Pay Range:$60-$70/hrQuestions about any of our jobs Email us atView all of our open jobs here:Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,CSS,Account Management,Event Planning,Insurance Paralegal,Jira Employment Type : Hourly Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 60 - 70
