Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time employee for Site Acquisition Project Manager in our Atlanta GA location. Tower Engineering Professionals offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance paid vacation and holidays 401k with company match and a relaxed fun environment.Job DescriptionPerform site acquisition zoning and leasing coordination for new cell site builds and site mods. Work with vendors and partners to undertake site acquisition activities. Prepare candidate information reports relating to leasing permitting and land use viability. Coordinate preparation of leases and other real estate agreements. Monitor progress of applications and facilitate jurisdictional requests for additional information as a result of the application review process. Prepare colocation applications and manage the process through Notice to Proceed. Ensure compliance of quality and safety goals. Oversee site acquisition projects through to completion.ResponsibilitiesServe as primary contact for particular site project including leasing permitting and land use processingFor new-build projects oversee site acquisition activities from colocation applications leasing and zoning audit through Notice to ProceedProvide candidate-specific recommendations for leasing and land use viabilityIdentify and coordinate with property owners to gain authority to enter into legal agreements for the installation of a wireless communication facilityComplete due diligence packages including property research title reports vesting deeds zoning maps parcel maps street maps etc. for selected sitesNegotiate lease license and/or easement agreements with identified property ownersCoordinate site visits with multi-disciplinary team including RF Engineering Construction Management Land Use and EngineeringAttend field site visits for candidate and engineering viabilityPrepare executable leasing packages in accordance with internal quality assurance program and client specificationsPrepare colocation applications per the established scope of workInteract with RF Engineering and construction to ensure compliance with all client landlord jurisdictional governmental and industry requirementsProduce accurate project forecasting and reporting to the Project Manager and client as requiredAttend status meetings and present site status reportsHave knowledge of local Land Use and Building permitting processRequirementsProven ability to work efficiently and independently multi-task meet stringent deadlines and achieve project goalsHave outstanding organizational skillsBe detail-oriented and possess strong follow-through skillsProficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office SuiteRequired travel for meetings and site visitsAbility to work onsiteMaintain confidentialityReal Estate License preferredPlease submit resume and cover letter to be considered for this position.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Automation Testing,Building Materials,ABAP,Infrastructure,Document Control,Clinical Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
