As an Estimator, you will be responsible for conducting take-offs and compiling bid proposals for our exciting ventures. Working in our small team, you will have the unique opportunity to influence both short-term and long-term outcomes for our organization.Job Responsibilities:Conduct plan take-offs, gather vendor quotes, calculate quantities, and understand product specifications and pricing.Collaborate with the team to create and track Requests for Information (RFI) and provide value engineering recommendations when necessary.Play an integral role in all aspects of the bidding process, contributing at various levels to ensure the success of our projects.Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.Utilize your expertise in commercial Site Development and Earthwork to read and comprehend site/civil drawings effectively and efficiently.Qualifications:Intermediate knowledge and experience in commercial Site Development and Earthwork is required.Previous experience with a Site Development contractor in the field would be a significant advantage.A degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, though not mandatory.Proficiency in MS Outlook and other MS Office products is essential for the role.Familiarity with AGTEK or similar dirt take-off software is highly preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year + bonuses.401(k) + a matchDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWhy Work With Us?Joining our dynamic and growing environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a difference.
