The team defines commercial workflows and compliance processes tests and validates new features and procedures at test sites and partner sites creates training materials and onboarding playbooks and identifies and addresses operational gaps to deliver a smooth and successful P2 experience for all commercial operations. The Site Operations team is deeply knowledgeable in every step of the process from order placed to successful delivery and works with internal and external partners to optimize the experience for operators and customers.We build the processes against which our teams and our Partners teams will execute operating the Zipline Network.Site Ops team members work across all Zipline partner verticals and test sites. Site launch training and ownership will be determined by a combination of partner type and location.The RoleAs Project Manager on the Site Operations team you will focus on designing optimizing and maintaining the workflows that enable seamless partner onboarding integration and ongoing operations. Your primary role will be to ensure efficiency scalability and compliance while aligning with the teams mission of delivering exceptional partner experiences.What Youll DoDesign develop and implement internal business processes - examples include document change management system and system for collecting subjective customer feedback.Map out existing processes to understand their flow and identify inefficienciesIdentify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.Collaborate with the Product Enterprise Systems Customer Success and engineering to implement workflows.Monitor process performance track key metrics and report on process outcomes.Document and maintain up-to-date process workflows guidelines and SOPsWhat Youll BringExperience in project management operations or related roles preferably in a fast-paced or complex environment.Proven track record of working with product engineering and customer success teams to align processes with business goals.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and alignment.Practical experience in analyzing mapping and reengineering workflowsAbility to gather analyze and interpret data to inform process improvements and measure successStrong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and ensure process documentation is comprehensive and accessible.Reliable vehicle access to travel to our test sitesWillingness to travel 1-2 times to out of state commercial sitesWhat Else You Should KnowOur internships are full-time positions in-person at our South San Francisco or Dallas office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May or June to August.Candidates are limited tothree (3) applications within a 30-day period.The starting cash range for this internship is $32 - 36/ hour. Please note that this is a target starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors including a specific candidates experience qualifications skills and working location.
