The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and liaising with clients to ensure project objectives are met.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations on construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Ensure all materials and equipment are on site and in good working condition.Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members regarding project status and updates.QualificationsProven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, preferably in residential projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Excellent leadership and project management skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
