With 250 clinicians and 110 locations in 7 states were thriving growing and looking to add talented individuals to our team!The Site Supervisor Reports to the Office Manager with dotted line accountability. The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising assigned staff such as but not limited to Medical Assistants (MAs) and Medical Clerks (MCs) to ensure providers have adequate well-trained clinical support at all times and patients have access to the best care possible. The Site Supervisor will develop their staff to their highest potential and skill set for both professional and clinical skills. They will optimize the efforts of staff to ensure efficient patient flow in and out of exam rooms and work to support the clinical Office Manager in day to day job duties.ResponsibilitiesAs assigned but not limited to the following:Oversee and coordinate the efforts of all staff.Recruits develops and trains a strong team to ensure proper support for the service providers.Assist Clinic Manager in strategic planning budget projections productivity analysis and other business-related initiativesPlan schedule assign and monitor the work activities of assigned personnel.Ensure appropriate daily staffing and coordinate changes in staff schedules.Act as a resource for MA team regarding clinical practice policies and proceduresWork with MA team to monitor lab for Clinical Lab Improvement Amendments and OSHA compliances. Ensure MA staff are complying with safety measures at all timesPromote a positive fair and open environment within the department and the Practice.Monitor the efficiency and quality of department operations.Address process improvements or re-training as identified.Assist in Clinic when needed and willingness to cover all roles of an MAControl costs of supplies inventory equipment service repairs and salary benefits and wages.Monitor productivity quality and timeliness of services.Address all compliance and regulatory issues as required. Assure department compliance in all areas.Perform patient service functions as necessary including problem resolution and act as a resource for internal and external patients.Manage and perform patient consultations both in person and on the phone.Implement all policies and procedures within the established time frames.Take appropriate corrective action with personnel as required.Address patient concerns. Follow-up on patient problems complaints and inquiries with research to assure satisfactory completion.Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA standards.Knowledge of and compliance with OSHA Standard Precautions.Adherence to the healthcare compliance policy.Perform other related duties as required or assigned.Participate in off-site events as needed.Attend required meetings as scheduled.Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by management.QualificationsHigh school diploma required AA Degree in Medical Office Administration Medical Assisting or related field preferredAt least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Front Office Associate in a private practice requiredPrevious experience as a team lead or supervisor strongly preferredRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Customer Service,Developmental Disabilities Experience,Organizational skills,Communication skills,Computer Skills,Construction Experience,Computer Literacy,Security,Leadership Experience,Property Management,Supervising Experience,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
