Paragon has partnered with Reef as we currently work on a wide variety of projects including Black Desert Resort in Ivins UT and Marcella near Park City UT.Job Summary:Our team at Paragon is seeking a reliable and responsible Site Technician to provide on-site monitoring for active construction locations. The primary role is to maintain a visible presence protect property and support overall site safety.Job Responsibilities:Maintain a consistent presence on the construction siteEnsure that all gates and access points are properly locked and secured throughout the dayPrevent unauthorized traffic and keep non-essential individuals out of construction areasHelp prevent vandalism destruction or theft of materials and equipmentMonitor site conditions and report any concerns immediatelyRemain open and flexible to additional duties that may arise even if not strictly related to monitoring sitesQualifications: Self-motivated and reliableStrong observation skills and attention to detailAbility to take directions and follow instructions thoroughlyCapable of making good judgments and decisions in the momentComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionMust be dependable and trustworthy at all timesWork ScheduleSaturday and Sunday; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand walk bend and kneel for extended periodsAbility to work in various weather conditions including heat cold rain and snowRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Bidding,Apps,Benefits,Corporate Recruitment,Android Development Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
