Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBeech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC is looking for one ski and/or snowboard instructor to join our team. We are located on 1007 Beech Mountain Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.This is a seasonal position. Full and part-time positions available.Housing is available.Responsibilities:• Ensure a positive memorable experience for guest and staff by teaching snow-sports in a safe and fun learning environment• Create a quality experience for resort guests and staff by showing empathy and care.• Show interest in snow sports education by attending mandatory and non-mandatory training clinics, workshops and exams inside and outside the resort.• Maintain the highest level of professionalism by adhering to uniform requirements, grooming policies, and being loyal to our guests and company.Requirements or Qualifications:• Beginner level skier or intermediate snowboarder• Must be willing and able to learn to ski• Ability to work in all weather conditionsBeech Mountain Resort is widely known as the southeast’s premier ski destination.
