A well established manufacturing facility is hiring Skilled Laborers to support daily production operations. LOCATION: First Shift Mount Pleasant, PA PAY: $17-$20/hr (based on experience) SCHEDULE • Mon-Thurs: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM • Fri: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM • Overtime as needed TYPE: Full-Time Job Duties • Assist with general production tasks • Operate basic hand and power tools • Load, unload, and move materials • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety policies and procedures • Support team members and supervisors as needed Qualifications • Prior manufacturing experience required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently • Strong work ethic and reliability • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Good communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements • Frequent standing, walking, twisting, and bending • Consistent lifting up to 50 lbs • Ability to work on the production floor for the full shift Great first shift opportunity with a stable, growing team.
