Ensures the Slot Technical Department operates in a way that enhances guests' perception of Bally's Chicago Casino as an exciting entertainment destination, providing an unparalleled gaming experience. Strives to deliver excellent service to all internal and external guests. Performs all duties in alignment with Bally's Chicago Casino IC's, Illinois Gaming Board, policies, and upholds the company's vision, mission, and values.Duties and responsibilitiesEnsure Compliance with Rules and RegulationsEnsures compliance with all ICs and Illinois Gaming Board standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of workEnsures adherence to IC's and the Illinois Gaming Board, Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations alwaysGeneral Job FunctionsEnsures development of the annual budget and cost management for the Slot Technical DepartmentPlans, organizes, and coordinates departmental work, assigning projects and responsibilitiesAssists in planning, developing, and implementing slot game and layout changesFocuses on staff career advancement through assessments, training, and development programsOversees the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all slot machinesTroubleshoots and repairs slot machines and equipment, including circuit boardsPerforms initial setup, repairs, preventative maintenance, and floor repairs for slot machinesMonitors players for improper use or cheating, reporting incidents to management and securityResponsible for supervising and managing staff in the Slot Technician departmentAny other tasks assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent education requiredMinimum 5 years in slot machine management in a casino environmentDemonstrates in-depth knowledge of gaming equipment setup and repair of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components, with recent hands-on experienceEnsures high standards of service, fostering a quality-focused workforce and motivating by example with energy and enthusiasmPossess a solid understanding of slot technical operations, including inventory control, ACSC, and staff development programsAdapts to work various shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining a professional appearanceWhat's in it for you:Competitive Salary with annual performance reviewsComprehensive health coverage plan that includes medical, dental, and vision401(K)/ Company MatchAccess Perks and Childcare discounts$7 Daily Employee Parking GarageTarget Salary: $80,000.00/yr.
